How to Custom Mould?

1.Do you have the plastic samples? If yes, then please indicate the approximete dimensions of the parts, if not, then please describe to see if it is the standard usual plastic parts.

2.Please tell how many pcs you need for the plastic parts. ( Annually, Monthly, or dayly..), in the same time, please tell us if you have the injection moulding machines and their clamping tonnages.

3.If possible tell the raw material of the plastic to make sure that the mould maker will be able to choose the correct steel.

If you are profesional enough, then please tell us directly below informations:

• Cavity Nr. you need
• Steel for cavity and core
• Mould life you need
• Plastic Raw material (MFI=?)
• Your machine's size
• Plastic parts' Tolerance for the important dimensions
