How to order a plastic mold?                              

 1. send an inquiry data with the information: plastic material, parts dimensions, steel model nr. or the needed molding quantity.                                                                              

 2. after getting the quotation, you need to analyse the mold maker's management & tooling equipments.  you can find their QC & delivery time management is good or not.                       

 3. make down payment...when the molds are ready for T1, you need it at least 5 hours high speed running to see if there is none problem......
