High gloss injection mould is developed with high light injection molding technology under long time improvement during injection molding developing process. More and more application pushed Chinese mould makers involved in this special mould skill.
There are 3 different types of high gloss injection moulds.
First is by steam assistant injection molding technology. Steam assistant injection molding technology is formed by certain position of mould inside system suddenly heated by steam which pushed into the channel of injection mould heating system. And when injected material face the steam temperature and brings the steam into cold water, so that the temperature are quickly reduced. So these area will show with very high gloss finish.
2nd is heater elements for assistant the mould temperature.
The same as steam heating assistant system, it is instead with special heating elements to achieve the same result for the above.
3rd, hot water flow internal system for high fineness injection mould.
This is necessary with two temperature controller, one supply hot water to heat moulds up, the other offer chiller water to cool down the inside of moulds with another parallel channel inside the mould, which under the same molding area. With this heat and cold transfer, also can achieve very high gloss molding pass.
With this high gloss injection mould, the molding process can avoid many defect such as welding line of plastic material, no need painting process.
Improve the material flow speed and injection speed, so fastest increase efficiency.
High gloss with mirror finish of electronica parts or high finesse requirement parts.
When used for Glass fiber filled material, high gloss molding solution can solve the surface sparking defect.
