Mould is a tool that helps customers earning money in the long term production. But sometimes customer do not know very well about how to operating, maintain, or repair the mould after they got the moulds. It is very dangerous to both of the moulds and their employees.

In order to make our customer correct and reasonable use the moulds, ensure the mould using precision, pls keep in mind the below mold instructions.

1.Production preparation
Study the <mold installation instruction>, check whether the injection equipment is accord to the design? Make sure the mould size, thickness, rocating ring, gate bush, eject holes and other data are accord to the machine. Also need to check the plastic material is correct or not.

2.Install the mould
The mould operator should choose the clamping plate, bolt, booster, locating ring, etc according to the mould and equipment. Ensure the lifting balance before you install the mould on machine.

3.Lubricating maintenance
Clean all the lubricating part before you put the oil. Uniform coating a layer of oil film.

4.Production
Clean the mould before the injection. Eject out the eject unit, lubricating the moving parts. Check the mold parting surface, air vent groove an mold cavity before you close the mould. Also you would better to operating the mould without injection plastic at the beginning.
